The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinarian to join our family-owned, small animal practice in a charming town, just 20 miles from Charleston.

This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with no weekend shifts, no emergency on-call duties, and paid holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough physical exams, diagnostics, surgical, and dental procedures.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of small animals, prescribe necessary medications, and administer treatments.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure the highest level of care and service.

The Person

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Possess a valid SC DVM license, DEA controlled drug license, and SC DHEC controlled drug license.
  • Be enthusiastic about staying up to date with the latest procedures and techniques in veterinary medicine.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both clients and our team.
